The Blanc de Blancs Brut is 100% Chardonnay. You can tell by looking at the fine bubbles in Treveri that it could never be created by anything other than the Classic Champagne Method. It’s got a classic Dom Perignon-like nose of graham crackers, oatmeal, brioche bread , apples, and lemon. It is very lively and vibrant with really refined, soft textured bubbles, Granny Smith apples, lemon curd and just a hint of cantaloupe melon on the finish which is really soft. This is artisan, handcrafted stuff its been a long time since we've come across any bubbles as elegant and enjoyable as this from California, Oregon, Washington or even Champagne without having to pay 3-5 times as much.
