Other Europe/Eastern Europe

France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria & Germany.  Those are the countries that wine writers are talking about when they say "Old World" when referring to a wine region or wine style.  The areas have been producing wines for around 2000 years, but there are actually areas of Eastern Europe that historians believe have been cultivating grape vines and making wines for 4000+ years.
