If you've never tried Pecorino before (the grape variety, not the cheese!), buckle in, because this may become a new favorite! A brilliant, almost glowing organic Pecorino from Abruzzo, Italy with an intense nose of tropical and stone fruit and soft spice. On the palate the wine a complex and flavour with flavours of apples and melon, tinged with honey, and citrusy mineral undertones.
