Siro Pacenti’s 2020 Pelagrilli Brunello di Montalcino opens with a deep, youthful ruby color and an aromatic profile shaped by refined French barrique, offering sandalwood spice, vanilla, wild plum, mint, and floral notes such as gardenia. On the palate it is bold yet balanced, showing rich concentration with incisive juiciness, tension, and a mix of balsamic depth and vivid red‑fruit purity, all supported by a very fine structure that reflects its north‑facing vineyards and careful élevage.
