The Pocketwatch Chardonnay is a lively and refreshing wine made from grapes of the Central Ranges of New South Wales blended together using oak and tank fermentation. The Oatley's, a well – known and historic wine family created this wine as a fine example of modern – day Australian Chardonnays. With enticing aromas of peach and pineapple along with a palate filled with juicy pineapple and fig flavors, this flavorsome wine has a creamy and spicy oak texture with hints of vanilla, leading to a lengthy and textured finish.
