An equal blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) yields aromas of cigar box, earth, fig, dried fruit, and blackberry. Black pepper and dusty brambles compliment the fruit flavors of sour cherry, blackberry and plum with earthy, fine grained tannins that hit on the finish. While the flavors might be intense, it is actually fairly lithe on the tongue and light to medium bodied.
