Founded by Winston-Salem locals McCabe Galloway and Kiernan Heine, On Holiday was born out of the couple's time living in Amsterdam, where days were spent hopping between vibrant outdoor cafés and neighborhood wine bars. Inspired by European aperitivo culture, they began mixing sparkling wine with fresh market herbs and fruits, a passion project they brought back home to North Carolina. Built on the core belief that real tastes better, On Holiday skips the artificial flavors, fake colors, and heavy concentrates common in the canned cocktail category. Instead, their philosophy centers on radical simplicity: blending sustainable Columbia Valley sparkling Sauvignon Blanc with real fruit juices, fresh botanical infusions like mint and rosemary, and just a touch of organic agave or wildflower honey. Clocking in at an authentic 11% ABV, these crisp, low-sugar spritzes deliver genuine cocktail complexity and are crafted specifically for leisurely escapes and the simple joy of slowing down.

The Bocce Time spritz centers on a foundation of sparkling Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc, delivering an elegant and aromatic profile.
