Proa, Brut Cava (Penedès, Spain) This traditional method sparkling wine offers a harmonious blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada. The nose presents a mixture of ripe melon, banana, apricot, and green apple, with a delicate note of toast from its aging. It is balanced and appetizing on the palate, showing a light touch of acidity and a rounded, elegant finish.

Zudugarai, "Antxiola" Getariako Txakolina Blanco (Basque Country, Spain) A quintessential Basque white, this wine is bone-dry with a signature light effervescence. It is defined by intense green apple and citrus notes, backed by a distinct saline minerality that reflects its proximity to the Atlantic coast.

Illahe Vineyards, Gruner Veltliner (Willamette Valley, Oregon) This domestic expression of the classic Austrian varietal opens with lemon brightness and subtle notes of citrus blossom. The palate brings together citrus fruit with more complex layers of miso and wax, all anchored by a persistent freshness and a long, memorable finish.

Figuière, "Magali" Rosé (Côtes de Provence, France) A classic Provencal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache. This rosé is pale and zesty, showing bright aromas of pink grapefruit, apricot, and small red fruits. The attack on the palate is crisp and clean, making it a perfect match for spiced dishes or Mediterranean fare.

Field Recordings, "Fiction" Red Blend (Paso Robles, California) This bold California blend centers on dark cherry, blackberry, and plum fruit. Notes of black pepper, cocoa, and dried herbs provide savory depth, while velvety tannins and a touch of oak warmth lead into a spice-driven finish.

Smallfry, Jellyfish Red (Barossa Valley, Australia) A vibrant and "dangerously quaffable" blend from the Barossa, this wine showcases the region’s ability to produce juicy, fruit-forward reds with soul. It leads with bright red berry fruit and subtle earthy undertones, maintaining a light-on-its-feet feel despite its Barossa roots.

L'Atelier, Humo Blanco Syrah-Viognier (Lolol Valley, Chile) Following the tradition of the Northern Rhône, this blend uses a touch of Viognier to lift the aromatic profile of the Syrah. It features a deep ruby color with purple highlights, offering scents of white pepper, licorice, and black cherries that transition into an elegant, supple finish.

Bodegas Volver, "Juntos" Merlot (La Mancha, Spain) This Merlot presents a deep purple color and a complex nose of black fruit and balsamic notes. It is structured and full-bodied on the palate, with flavors of blackcurrant and licorice balanced by well-integrated toasted notes from its aging process.

Predator, Old Vine Zinfandel (Lodi, California) Sourced from heritage vines, this Zinfandel is intense and full-bodied. It displays vibrant aromas of dark cherry and blackberry mingled with earthy nutmeg, cardamom, and smoky oak. The palate is lush, featuring bold raspberry and baking spices that linger through a persistent finish.

Ana Maria Cumsille, Adrian Torres "Aguila" Pais (Itata Valley, Chile) Crafted from 200-year-old vines and fermented in clay amphora, this is an exceptionally pure and light-bodied red. It evokes small red fruits, spice, and forest floor, with a core minty note often found in ancient-vine Pais. It is elegant and harmonious, gliding across the palate with delicate tannins.

Michel Fonné, "Tradition" Pinot Noir (Alsace, France) Vinified as a traditional red and aged in oak for ten months, this Pinot Noir shows greater structure than many of its Alsatian peers. It is defined by classic cherry and strawberry fruit, with added complexity from notes of anise, cinnamon, and a subtle earthy minerality.

Pascal et Alain Lorieux, "Expression" St. Nicolas de Bourgueil (Loire Valley, France) This 100% Cabernet Franc pours a brilliant ruby with raspberry reflections. The bouquet is a mix of fresh red fruits and floral notes, leading to a palate of great finesse with supple, silky tannins and a clean, balanced finish.
