Aroma was very subtle, with light notes of spice, grain and a touch of rice. No floral aroma to speak of at all. This is a pretty dry saké with notes of caramel and vanilla, having a taste a bit reminiscent of a gourmand perfume. The texture was quite milky and clean. The progression of flavor goes from an initial touch of sour washed in a milky texture, then a bit of grain, dessert spice, and a lingering finish.
