Mader Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois are allowed to be and often are blended together in the Alsace region of France and simply labeled "Pinot Blanc." Mader leans heavily on the Auxerrois, which is why I like it so much and why it works well for a wide variety of foods, especially things with a little bit of spice. Think Gewurztraminer (DRY!!!) crossed with Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc and you've got great Pinot Auxerrois/Blanc like this one here.
