Crafted by Vins Bréban, a third-generation family operation established in 1952 in Brignoles, the 2025 Les Hauts Plateaux Rosé showcases the family's deep roots and extensive grower partnerships across southeastern France. Sourced from high-altitude, limestone-rich hillside plots in the IGP Alpes de Haute-Provence, the fruit benefits from elevated topography where cool alpine breezes slow ripening and preserve crisp natural acidity. A classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, the grapes undergo short skin contact before a cool, temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation, yielding a pale pink rosé designed to deliver vibrant freshness and effortless drinkability.

The 2025 vintage pours a pale salmon pink, opening with bright aromas of fresh wild strawberries, tart red currants, white peach, and delicate white blossoms. On the palate, it delivers a crisp, mouthwatering entry driven by ripe citrus, watermelon, and red berry fruit.
