Pazo Pondal "Leira" Albarino
Complex balsamic nose, in the remarkable mentholated and cut grass notes, typical of their vineyards, accompanied by persistent flowers. Citrus notes also appear where lime stands out, which combines with notes of white fruit such as pear. It also highlights certain saline notes that combine with stone fruits, such as white plum or nectarine. Wide and fat mouth in which notes of white fruit, flowers and citrus appear. At the same time it is fresh, persistent and with a pleasant finish.
The food pairing is fish and sushi, as well as with pasta and white meat.
Mineral nose that reminds you of sea breeze. Green apples and nectarines, too. This is quite saline, with some creamy lees that’s brightened up by mouthwatering acidity.
