The wine is vinified in stainless steel without oak or malolactic fermentation, preserving its crisp acidity and natural elegance. On the palate, it reveals layers of minerality from the region’s diverse terroirs—Terres Blanches limestone, Caillottes chalk, and Silex flint—creating a clean, vibrant finish.
