Illahe Viognier from Oregon’s Willamette Valley is a vibrant, cool-climate expression of the varietal, offering a refreshing take on this typically lush grape. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and crisp, thanks to fermentation in stainless steel and the absence of malolactic conversion, which preserves its natural acidity and freshness.
