Heiwa Shuzou `Tsuru-Lime` Summer Orange

Heiwa Shuzou’s “Tsuru-lime” Summer Orange, also known as Tsuru-Ume Natsu Mikan, is a seasonal fruit sake that bursts with the vibrant character of Wakayama’s summer citrus. Crafted with locally grown Natsu Mikan, Amanatsu, and lemon, the fruit is pressed with the skin intact, infusing the sake with a zesty brightness and a touch of bitterness that recalls orange marmalade or dry curaçao. The base is a junmai sake, and the alcohol content is a light 7%, making it ideal for warm-weather sipping. Its flavor is lively and refreshing, with high acidity that wakes up the palate, while the soft Koyasan Nansui spring water used in brewing lends a smooth, elegant finish.
