Pocketwatch Chardonnay (Central Ranges, Australia) - Aromas of green apple, white peach, and fresh citrus peel lead into a vibrant, well-structured palate. Crafted by Oatley Fine Wine Merchants, this Chardonnay balances bright orchard fruit with subtle creamy undertones and a gentle touch of French oak integration. Crisp acidity gives the wine a refreshing backbone, keeping the stone fruit and citrus flavors lively and precise through a smooth, lingering finish. It offers wonderful purity, balance, and regional character in every glass.  This isn't your typical "new world oak and butter bomb" Chardonnay.  We're betting that even if you don't usually like Chardonnay (a member of the ABC (anything but Chardonnay) club, you'll be surprised by and like this one.

Maison de Madeleine Sauvignon Blanc (France) - Opening with expressive aromas of pink grapefruit, lemongrass, crushed stone, and fresh herbs, this bright French Sauvignon Blanc delivers immediate lift and energy. Castelfeder "Enea" Pinot Grigio (Alto Adige, Italy) - Hailing from high-altitude alpine vineyards in Northern Italy, this refined Pinot Grigio displays a pale straw hue and enticing aromas of Williams pear, green apple, and white blossom. The palate is light-to-medium-bodied, offering crisp orchard fruit flavors grounded by a distinct flinty mineral streak and bright natural acidity.
