Despite the heat, ripening did not accelerate aggressively, resulting in small but highly concentrated, exceptional-quality yields that required precise harvesting timelines to capture natural freshness. Winemaking highlights include natural fermentation and a 10-month maturation phase in elegant French oak barrels, with restraint exercised as only 18% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation. This keeps the wine clocking in at a balanced 12.5% ABV, reflecting the estate's signature French-influenced, terroir-driven style.
