It opens with a rush of crushed raspberry, black cherry, and wild strawberry wrapped in notes of cracked pepper, dried herbs, and a faint whisper of garrigue that instantly places it in the warm, stony landscapes of the South of France. On the palate it’s juicy, vibrant, and irresistibly expressive—medium‑bodied but full of personality—balancing ripe red fruit with savory hints of thyme, lavender, and a touch of smoked earth.
