Domaine de Frégate 2019 Bandol Rouge

La Frégate signs a stunning red. An engaging cherry colored wine with a complex and fine bouquet, combining fresh redcurrant and subtle floral notes. Before aeration it reveals aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, vanilla and cocoa. The palate is dense, delicately mentholated and peppery, supported by tannins that have acquired a nice patina over the years. Notes of spices, ripe fruit and mocha conclude the tasting in beauty.
