Domaine Bellevue Touraine Rosé is a structured, refreshing pink wine crafted by the Vauvy family in France's vibrant Loire Valley. This dry, expressive rosé breaks away from simple fruit-candy profiles by showcasing a complex blend of five distinct red grape varieties: 30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Gamay, 20% Côt (Malbec), 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Pineau d’Aunis. Pouring a deeply saturated salmon-pink color, it opens with powerful, spicy aromatics of fresh red raspberry, underripe strawberry, and melon. On the palate, the wine turns rich, dry, and distinctly peppery, balanced by a lively, mouthwatering acidity. The experience concludes with a long, clean, and beautifully structured finish defined by bright citrus notes of orange and mandarin. Thanks to its savory undertones and exceptional freshness, this rosé is incredibly food-friendly and versatile. It serves as a classic match for a summer charcuterie board or a variety of deli meats. The wine’s peppery finish and bright acidity cut beautifully through grilled shrimp, seafood dishes, and local Sologne asparagus.
