Drunken Whale is a dry, clean, and versatile sake brewed in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. It opens with a soft bouquet of tart fruits, wildflowers, rose, wood, and grape, creating a delicate and inviting nose. On the palate, it delivers a crisp texture with a bright dryness that lingers, complemented by subtle notes of fennel, herbs, and an unripe strawberry vein. The umami finish is persistent yet refined, enhancing its compatibility with a wide range of dishes. Brewed with water from the pristine Kagami River, the sake boasts an exceptionally clean mouthfeel and texture.
