Winemaker Notes

Floral aromas and fruity aromas (hawthorn, grapefruit). Round and fresh, slightly pearly wine. A crisp and long finish. This wine is aged on the lees for about 3 weeks, which accounts for its round, smooth, and remarkably fruity flavor. It is ideal as an aperitif, or with fish, seafood (a must with oysters) and cheese.

Blend: 45% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon, 15% Muscadelle
