Tasting Notes
This vintage presents a pale eau-de-rose hue with glimmers of peach and melon. The nose is delicate and layered, opening with linden blossom and jasmine before evolving into vineyard peach and watermelon. On the palate, it delivers a crisp, vibrant profile supported by a stony mineral backbone that adds tension and depth. Crafted from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Tibouren, each varietal contributes its own nuance—Grenache brings roundness and subtle aromas, Syrah adds color and structure, while Cinsault and Tibouren offer finesse and fruit. This gastronomic rosé pairs beautifully with langoustine tagine infused with saffron, pork tenderloin marinated in five spices, or seasonal confit vegetables. It also complements lighter fare such as Niçoise salad, grilled sea bass, or goat cheese tartlets, and is best served chilled between 8–10°C.
