Winemaker Notes

Color of intense ruby. Penetrating, quite ample, and complex, vith violets, raspberries and pomegranates. Warm, dry, and rich, with nice balance. Goes well with red meats, pasta with meat sauces, legume-based soups, aged cheeses.

A fruity and ripe wine with intoxicating flower, blueberry and pepper notes. Firm on the palate, with a medium body, extracted tannins, crisp acidity and a biting yet balanced finish. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
