Cantina Castiadas "Praidis" Vermentino di Sardegna is a vibrant, dry white wine crafted from 100% Vermentino, a thin-skinned, late-ripening grape variety that flourishes in the warm, sun-drenched coastal terroir of southeastern Sardinia. Vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve its pure varietal character, the wine pours a bright straw-yellow color with delicate greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers an inviting and elegant bouquet marked by white-fleshed orchard fruits like green apple and peach, citrus blossom, and a fragrant layer of Mediterranean herbs and subtle salinity. The palate delivers crisp, refreshing acidity and a medium body, introducing complex flavors of tropical fruits, citrus zest, and a signature bitter-almond finish that gives the wine its structural depth.
