Bodega Inurrieta 2022 "Cuatrocientos" Red Blend Crianza

Located in the Ribera Alta region of Navarra, Spain, Bodega Inurrieta was established by the Arbeloa family as a tribute to their winemaking ancestors who cultivated vines in the area generations ago. Taking its name from the surrounding high-altitude terrain, the estate’s vineyards sit at roughly 400 meters above sea level, benefitting from a unique microclimate where Mediterranean warmth meets cooler Atlantic influences. The winery combines precise sustainable viticulture with modern gravity-fed cellar practices, harvesting predominantly at night to protect the grapes' freshness and aromatic integrity before gentle fermentation and maturation in French and American oak.  

The Inurrieta Cuatrocientos Crianza is a complex, modern Spanish red blend crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Graciano, Syrah, and Merlot. Following 14 months of oak maturation, the wine opens with lifted aromas of ripe dark plum, blackberry, and subtle cassis, layered alongside hints of sweet baking spices, cracked black pepper, dark cocoa, and lingering graphite. On the palate, it delivers a rich, medium-to-full body backed by lively acidity and polished, fleshy tannins that carry the core of concentrated berry fruit through a long, satisfyingly savory finish.
