Here’s your chance to be a winemaker for a day!  This is our third year in a row of doing this with Bill, and he is fantastic.

Join us for an interactive and educational evening with Bill Schlissel from Blackbird Vineyards in Napa Valley. Upon arrival, guests will be led through a tasting of Blackbird’s current releases:

 Next, we will dive into the art of blending Bordeaux varietals.

Using single varietal Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, guests will create their own custom red blend while learning about the balance, structure, and creativity behind great winemaking. Prizes will be awarded for the winning blend!

Light appetizers will be served. This will be a seated event, but not a dinner.  If you're interested in a Blackbird Wine Dinner, we are conducting that at Encore after the blending seminar.  That is a separate ticketed event.

Special event-only pricing on featured wines will be available during the seminar.
