The 2023 Albert Bichot Bourgogne Origines Pinot Noir is a light and perfumed red wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. This vintage showcases a flattering nose with a vibrant palette of fruity aromas, including blackcurrant, redcurrant, and plum. On the palate, it is fleshy and well-balanced, with subtle oaked notes and a pleasing, lingering finish. The wine benefits from the venerable age of the vines, which contributes to its concentration and complexity.
