Vinified using whole-cluster fermentation, short maceration, and aged for six months in traditional concrete vats to preserve early fruit character, the wine delivers a perfumed, infusion-like aromatic profile characterized by wild strawberry, forest cherry, peony, and a light touch of herbal spice.
