Don't worry if you aren't a fan of the featured wine, you'll get an email each month letting you know that it is time for the next installment along with the option to pause/skip the current case or cancel your subscription.

Patient Cottat Le Grand Caillou Sauvignon Blanc This Loire Valley expression delivers a precise and aromatic profile centered on bright citrus and herbaceous notes. It concludes with a clean, flinty finish that highlights the classic cool-climate character of the region.

Villa Creek Farmhouse White Sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed vines in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, this blend is driven by Clairette and Grenache Blanc, offering a textured and savory white wine experience. Aromas of lemon curd, white flowers, and crushed stone transition into a palate that is notably weighted but balanced by a salty, phenolic grip. The finish is long and complex, showing hints of beeswax and green apple.

Roaming Legend Sauvignon Blanc This California Sauvignon Blanc showcases a riper, more tropical fruit profile compared to its European counterparts. Expect expressive layers of passion fruit, guava, and pineapple supported by a soft acidity and a rounder mouthfeel. Poggio Costa Prosecco Rose Crafted from Glera and Pinot Nero, this sparkling wine presents a delicate pale pink hue and persistent effervescence. The bouquet is dominated by wild raspberry and red cherry, with subtle floral undertones of rose petal and apple blossom. It is crisp and bone-dry on the palate, offering a refreshing mousse and a finish that is both elegant and fruit-driven.

Chateau Barrejat Madiran Tradition A blend of Tannat and Cabernet, this wine from Southwest France is deeply colored and structurally imposing. The nose features rustic aromas of dark plum, leather, and black pepper, while the palate is defined by the significant, chewy tannins characteristic of the Madiran appellation. It is a hearty, full-bodied red that shows great depth of fruit against a backdrop of earthy complexity.

Castello di Radda Chianti Representing the heart of Tuscany, this Sangiovese-based red displays high-toned red fruit and savory herbs. 12 E Mezzo Primitivo del Salento  Produced by Varvaglione in the Salento peninsula, this Primitivo is crafted to be more elegant and lower in alcohol than many of its regional peers. It features intense aromas of black cherry and plum jam, accented by notes of cocoa and vanilla from brief oak aging. The palate is velvety and rich, showing a concentrated fruit core balanced by soft tannins and a hint of Mediterranean scrub.

Tezza Ma Roat Ripasso Valpolicella This Ripasso undergoes a second fermentation on Amarone skins, which imparts additional body, color, and complexity to the base Valpolicella. The result is a wine with deep flavors of dried cherry, raisin, and dark chocolate, supported by a lush, full-bodied texture. It maintains a refreshing acidity that prevents the rich fruit from feeling heavy, finishing with lingering spice and balsamic notes.

Portia Primo Ribera del Duero As a premium Tempranillo from the heart of Ribera del Duero, this wine is powerful, concentrated, and meticulously structured. Aromas of blackberry, licorice, and espresso are integrated with nuances of toasted oak and mineral smoke. Marco Sebo Visconde de Borba Reserva This Alentejo Reserva is a traditional Portuguese blend that offers a sophisticated balance of power and refinement. The aging in oak barrels provides a seamless integration of tannin and wood spice, resulting in a complex red that reflects the warm, sun-drenched terroir of Borba.

Ridge Vineyards Three Valleys Red This Zinfandel-based blend from Sonoma County follows Ridge’s philosophy of natural winemaking and site-specific expression. It leads with aromas of raspberry, cherry, and sweet clove, with a palate that is medium-to-full-bodied and incredibly vibrant. The inclusion of Petite Sirah and Carignan adds color and structural depth, while the finish is long and elegant, showing the hallmark acidity and balance for which Ridge is renowned.
