Vina Robles Viognier -  This expression from the Huerhuero Vineyard in Paso Robles opens with a perfumed bouquet of honeysuckle, ripe peach, and mandarin orange, accented by hints of fresh ginger and flinty minerality. The palate is medium-bodied and round, showing an oily texture that is characteristic of the varietal, yet it remains balanced by a core of juicy acidity. Flavors of apricot and tropical fruit carry through to a crisp finish, making it a sophisticated example of Central Coast Viognier.

La Mascaronne "Folly" Rose - Sourced from the high-altitude, clay-limestone slopes of the Estérel in Provence, this organic rosé offers a vibrant and crystalline profile. The nose is defined by elegant notes of white peach, pear, and wild strawberry, supported by a subtle, salty minerality. On the palate, the wine is lively and structured, delivering a refreshing burst of citrus and nectarine that leads into a persistent, clean finish.

Je Deteste Merlot The Je Déteste Merlot is a compelling and deliberately playful pure Merlot from the IGP Gard region in the South of France. The name itself, which translates to "I hate Merlot," is a direct and humorous challenge to the notion that gained popularity in the early 2000s, often attributed to the film Sideways, that Merlot was somehow an undesirable or unsophisticated wine. This cooperative of growers is essentially poking fun at wine snobbery by proving that when Merlot is grown and vinified with care, it is a versatile and completely delicious grape that deserves appreciation. This tongue-in-cheek approach is paired with a wine that immediately presents with a soft, yet concentrated aromatic profile dominated by rich red and dark fruit notes, primarily ripe cherry, plum, and blackberry. Due to the high-quality vineyard sites near the Rhône river, the resulting wine maintains a beautiful freshness and a remarkably supple structure. The palate is medium-bodied and round, delivering those generous fruit flavors alongside a subtle hint of spice and a pleasant, gentle tannic grip. It is an honest and expressive bottling that offers an immediate sense of drinkability, and is designed to make anyone who tastes it quickly forget their prejudices and perhaps even exclaim, "J'aime le Merlot."

Jax Y3 Cabernet Sauvignon - This North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is a concentrated and structured wine that showcases the pedigree of its sourcing from Napa and Sonoma. It leads with dark aromas of black currant, boysenberry, and cedar, while the palate is layered with black cherry, cocoa nib, and a touch of eucalyptus. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity provide a firm backbone, ensuring the fruit remains focused through a long, polished finish.

Three Wine Co. Petite Sirah - Coming from the sandy Delhi loam soils of Contra Costa County, this Petite Sirah is intensely pigmented and remarkably bold. It explodes with aromas of blackberry preserves, black pepper, and anise, followed by a palate that is full-bodied and richly textured. The wine’s firm tannins are integrated with flavors of dark plum and toasted oak, characteristic of the old-vine fruit Matt Cline utilizes to achieve such depth and concentration.

Mauritson Dry Creek Zinfandel - Reflecting the classic brambly character of the Dry Creek Valley, this Zinfandel is aromatic and energetic, featuring layers of ripe black cherry, pomegranate, and briar fruit. The nose is further complicated by notes of vanilla pod and roasted coffee beans, derived from aging in French oak. On the palate, the wine is multi-faceted and velvety, offering a balance of sweet spice and forest floor that culminates in a long, fresh finish.
