Christophe Patrice Petit Chablis (Chablis, France) 
Sourced from Portlandian limestone soils in northern Burgundy, this crisp Chardonnay opens with focused aromas of tart green apple, fresh lemon zests, and crushed seashell minerality. On the palate, it exhibits vibrant, mouthwatering acidity and a clean, chiseled texture that showcases pure cool-climate fruit. Delicate notes of white peach and lime leaf build across the mid-palate, leading into a snappy, refreshing finish grounded by a lingering stony edge. It delivers brilliant focus, tension, and classic Northern Burgundy precision.

Vandal Wine Co. "Gonzo Resistance" Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, New Zealand) 
Crafted in Marlborough's Southern Valleys from 35-year-old vines, this inventive expression offers a unique take on New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Spontaneously fermented with full solids in seasoned French oak and aged six months on its lees with full malolactic conversion, it yields aromas of lemon curd, white pear, lemongrass, and a subtle hint of fennel. The palate delivers a textured, medium-bodied mouthfeel underpinned by vibrant acidity, finishing long and bright with a savory mineral twist.

Domaine Bunan "Mas de la Rouvière" Bandol Rosé (Bandol, France) 
Grown on organically farmed coastal slopes along the Mediterranean, this benchmark Bandol rosé features a classic blend dominated by Cinsault alongside Mourvèdre and Grenache. A delicate coral-pink hue gives way to expressive aromas of crushed wild strawberries, blood orange peel, and dried Provençal herbs. The palate is structured and velvety, offering notable core weight, refreshing citrus acidity, and a distinct mineral spine. It finishes long, crisp, and dry with an elegant trail of savory berry depth.

Domaine du Vieux Lazaret Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc (Rhône Valley, France) 
A classic Southern Rhône white blend composed primarily of Clairette and Grenache Blanc, this wine opens with fragrant aromatics of white peach, lemon blossom, fresh mint, and sappy garrigue. Fermented in concrete vats to preserve maximum freshness, the palate offers a balance between generous stone fruit weight and bright, driving acidity. Subtle notes of crushed limestone and citrus zest frame a rich yet lively mid-palate, finishing clean, elegant, and persistent.
