Domaine Pontbriant Vaucluse Red

Winemaker Notes

This fabulous red is from the southern Franch region of Vaucluse and is a blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Caladoc, 10% Syrah, and 10% Marselan. Crafted from the estate’s thirty-five years old vines, they are traditionally vinified to produce a wine which is immediate in its impact: Sumptuous fruit abounds from start to finish, from heady aromas, tinged with violets, to the flavors engraved with a plump generosity, lasting all the way to a smooth and savory finish.
