WINEMAKER NOTES

Throw a steak on the grill and uncork this fine red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its our example of the quality of Bordeaux varietals grown in North Carolina. Dried Cherries, Blackberry, Violets and Cinnamon jump out of the glass. Medium bodied with a slightly tannic finish. Aged 16 months in 2-year-old French Oak.
