Volcans D'Auvergne 2023 Magma Pinot Noir

Very fresh and fleshy, with delicious acidity. It is packed with red fruit such as strawberry, and Morello cherry, with pronounced notes of minerals, pomegranate on the nose, and hints of beetroot.

100% Pinot Noir from 20-25 year old vines, farmed without herbicides. Fermented and aged 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined.
