Patient-Cottat is owned by the Fournier & Villebois families, both with roots as deeper than their vines in this region, seem to be related to just about everyone in some way. They've been farming and producing wines in Sancerre for generations. Cultivated on the hills of the Loire Valley, this bright and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc offers soft, subtle mineral notes with hints of melon, elderflower, lime and cantaloupe. Plum, kiwi, and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity, interesting minerality.
