We consider ourselves lucky to be friends with the extremely talented Chef John Scarangella and his wife Carol, who own Northside Bistro and Encore Ristorante.  Delight your eyes on this gorgeous menu!

green apple, pickled shallot, ginger, crispy shell

homemade gnocchi pan seared then simmered with a true Bolognese ragu topped with parm and crispy basil

fork tender marinated and braised pork shoulder served over olive oil crushed yukon potatoes all topped with classic pizzaiola sauce with mixed bell peppers and julienne onion

sliced and tenderized beef scallopine rolled around prosciutto, salami, provolone cheese and grandma's golden raisin bread crumbs mix then slow braised in a hearty tomato and beef broth and served over toasted garlic bread garnished with a pinch of garlicky spinach

whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chocolate crisp
