This fuchsia/magenta hued beauty has what many French rosé have lacked in the 2o21 vintage, that little extra floral/fruit blossom element that lifts the aroma and fills in the missing pieces on the palate. A light but expressive blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, Les Hauts Plateaux flows with ripe black raspberry, strawberry and plum fruits that attenuate on the politely dry finish.
