Winemaker Notes

The nose immediately engulfs you in rich aromas of ripe plum, dark cherry, and raspberry muddled with crushed purple jasmine and dark chocolate. On the palate the wine delicately flows with flavors of candied plums, aforementioned dark chocolate-covered raspberry, and cherry that’s now richer as if the chocolate were covered in sweet molasses. The finish on this wine brings powerful, velvety tannins with an amazing supple texture.

Bright aromas on the nose, offering gobs of black currant, blueberries, chocolate, and a touch of herbal notes. This wine is full-bodied, loaded with well-balanced fruit/acid, and an equally powerful bursting mid-palate. This rich and decadent wine is lush, yet elegant.  The mouthfeel is pleasant and silky. The wine is well-structured and leads into a long finish with fine-grained silky tannins.
