Winemaker Notes

This version of Orancia is made from Malvasia Bianca fermented on skins for 10 days. Intense tropical nose with hints of kiwi and white flowers - honeysuckle blossoms.... Medium-bodied with a textured and creamy melon rind or orange zest-like twinge of bitterness on the tongue. Pork or honeyed chicken dishes would pair well with this one.
