Clean, Complex, and Crisp. Like wandering in a field of wild fennel with citrus notes in the air. Hints of elderflower mixed with a spicy flavor on the palate and fresh fruit from the wine base. It's made with rhubarb, cocoa, vanilla, wild cherry bark, gentian root, orange oil bitters.
