WINEMAKER NOTES

Aromas of roast plum, blistered cherries, and roasted poblano pepper with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium+ body and a peppery, elegant, long orange zest, black pepper, black cassis, spiced tea, mint, and dark chocolate finish with well-integrated tannins and moderate oak flavor. Very Bordeaux-ish in its elegance and complexity without the Bordeaux-like price you would have to pay for one of comparable quality. A lip-smacking Cabernet with a great balance of fruit, oak, and savory terroir.
