We haven’t released a new Spaceman for light-years, but this wine will make all that waiting well worth it. This wine is a Neutron Star of “hug your loved ones” and bow down to greatness.

The One Time Spaceman 2022 Moon River Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles offers a bold and expressive profile typical of the region’s sun-drenched terroir. This wine opens with rich aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, layered with hints of vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle spice. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied experience with velvety tannins and a balanced acidity that carries through to a lingering finish. The wine’s depth and structure make it an ideal companion for hearty dishes such as grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, or mushroom risotto. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses like sharp cheddar or gouda, enhancing both the wine’s complexity and the food’s richness.
