WINEMAKER NOTES

Fraga do Corvo Godello Monterrei DO takes its name from a forest very close to the winery that is usually frequented by crows. It is a single varietal of Godello, the queen grape in Monterrei, and rests for 6 to 7 months on its vines in order to gain complexity. Thus, we find a very fragrant white, with herbaceous aromatic notes. Fruits such as apples and citrus floral notes such as jasmine and mimosa. On the palate it is unctuous and enveloping as well as fresh and long.
