Colomé 2025 Estate Torrontés

$ 1399 $ 1699

Tasting Notes

Colomé Estate Torrontés is crafted entirely from Torrontés grown in the Calchaquí Valley of Salta at extreme elevations between roughly 1,700 and 3,100 meters, conditions that heighten the grape’s natural perfume and acidity. The wine typically shows lifted aromas of roses, white flowers, lychee, grapefruit, and peach, with subtle spice and herbal nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, round, and well‑bodied, balancing ripe stone fruit, green apple, citrus, and tropical notes with vibrant acidity and a long, clean finish.

This Torrontés pairs beautifully with aromatic and spicy dishes, seafood, ceviche, grilled chicken, salads with citrus or herbs, and lighter vegetarian plates. Its floral intensity and crisp acidity make it especially well‑suited to Thai, Peruvian, and Indian cuisine, as well as fresh cheeses and dishes featuring lime, mint, or ginger.
