Winemaker Notes

Cherry, clove, juniper berries and ripe orange. Smooth + juicy palate balanced with rustic elements and white pepper for spiciness. A classic Rhone-style red blend with a modern touch - blend of mostly Shiraz with Grenache and Mourvèdre for balance. Lubanzi is named for a wandering dog, who inspired co-founders Charlie Brain & Walker Brown to create this winemaking project in South Africa with a focus on giving back with meaningful social impact. The wine itself is gorgeous, made by winemaker Trizanne Barnard of Trizanne Signature Wines.  The combination of all is magical.
