It is a classic Provençal blend, primarily using Cinsault and Grenache, often with small amounts of Mourvèdre and Syrah. The wine is renowned for its beautiful, very pale pink color with silvery undertones, which is characteristic of the sought-after style. On the nose, it is crispy and fresh, typically offering delicate floral and fruity aromas of pear, white peach, and sometimes apricot. The palate is bone dry, clean, and possesses a lovely freshness and balanced acidity, making it highly versatile and utterly refreshing.
