La Cantina Pizzolato is a leader in the organic movement in Italy, with five generations of farming history in the Veneto region north of Treviso.Under the direction of Settimo Pizzolato, the estate became one of the first in Italy to achieve organic certification in 1991.

This vibrant organic sparkler is a blend of 95% Glera and 5% Raboso, the latter providing its brilliant pale pink hue. The nose is highly aromatic, showing a mix of red berries like morello cherry and strawberry alongside white flowers, crisp green apple, and lemon zest. On the palate, the wine is fresh and velvety with a persistent, fine mousse. It balances juicy fruit notes of summer peach and almond with a savory, slightly salty finish and lively acidity.
