A caretaker of trees, The Arborist pays homage to the iconic Paso Robles oaks. The 2020 vintage is a dark ruby color. Aromas of black cherries and plums with hints of spice and fine tobacco. Medium-bodied with dark stone fruits, dark chocolate and textured tannins.
