On the nose, it also reveals spicy notes of blackberry, strawberry, violet, and dried coriander. The palate is vibrant and expressive, featuring flavors of mulberry, cherry, cassis, orange zest, and cumin, supported by dry, grippy tannins that lend structure and depth. Aged for 13 months in toasted French and American oak following malolactic fermentation, the wine finishes long and velvety.
